Are you an experienced administrator looking for a meaningful part-time role in a supportive, community-driven environment?

Levande is seeking a warm and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Ridgecrest, located in Page, ACT. This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week, with flexibility on which days and how the hours are structured.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the village, working closely with the Village Manager and team to deliver high-quality service to our residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
- Supporting the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications
- Assisting with organising community events and activities
- Providing administrative support to the Village Manager
- Handling billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping
- Supporting village meetings, record management and compliance requirements

About you

You’ll bring a proactive attitude and a friendly approach, along with:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus)
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- Previous experience in aged care, hospitality, property or real estate (desirable)
- Make a positive impact in a connected, resident-first environment
- Enjoy a stable, part-time role with variety and purpose
- Be part of a team that values care, trustworthiness, and excellence
- Work in a welcoming community setting at Ridgecrest, ACT
