In this role, you will collaborate with the eCommerce Manager of the Ultra Convenience squad working on partners like Milkrun & Menulog. Your primary responsibility will be managing our day-to-day of these partnerships. You will work closely with both internal teams and partner teams to execute business strategy, achieve financial targets, and identify new growth opportunities.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Manage the end to end running of two partnership channels through effective management of the store network, merchandise, digital experience and bringing campaign strategies to life.
- Coordinate all onsite assets with Marketing and Product Data teams to drive campaigns, merchandise updates and trade activations.
- Working closely with the merchandising team to amplify trade plans, capture shifting consumer trends, new product launches, to drive trade and remain relevant in a very competitive market.
- Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
- Manage scope change or project schedule in an effective manner. Communicate to the team and manage all potential impacts.
- Be the first point of contact for cross-functional business teams when issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams.
- Document, maintain, and communicate content delivery schedule.
- Assist the eCommerce manager to assess all processes and look for areas of improvement in work flows.
- Collaborate with team members of functional areas across BWS such as Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, eDX, etc.
- Lead and manage ad-hoc eCommerce projects as assigned.

Team & Agile Leadership
- Support the eCommerce roadmap of your squad.
- Support performance & agile ways of working standards across your squad; building commitment to business strategies, squad missions and creating alignment, direction and role clarity for the team.

Stakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders outside of the Squad and/or Tribe and align communications on trade plan, roadmaps and eCommerce progress.
- Partner closely with Finance and Analytics teams to evolve our understanding of performance across eCommerce.
- Work with external stakeholders and build strong relationships to deliver business strategy, financial outcomes and bring to life new opportunities for growth.

What do we need from you

- 2+ years of experience in a digital or retail business.
- Customer-focused with a strong ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Independent thinker who confidently suggests new ideas.
- Experience in agile environments and working with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative problem-solver, driven to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Data-driven with the ability to make informed judgement calls.
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
