**Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role**
- Lead the BWS Online and WOW partnerships channels from a finance point of view with end to end P&L responsibility (from sales down to DAP), delivering insightful analysis and commercial recommendations
- Ensure business initiatives are implemented successfully and communicated broadly
- Continuous improvement - review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements
- Stakeholder management - work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making
- Responsible for preparation and submission of the annual budget and forecast process, working with BWS ecommerce LT to align on assumptions
- Ownership over weekly trade performance reports and forecasts
- Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures and optimise future trading opportunities
- Manage P&L against budget/targets and communicating risks / opportunities to stakeholders
- Finance lead on special projects; e.g. integration of Milkrun, CFCs P&L deep dive, deals on My Deal
- Identify key drivers of profit and opportunities for business improvement
- Support business improvement initiatives identified by the leadership team
- Ensure long term financial targets have relevant and sound strategic thinking and strong business cases
- Lead, coach and manage change with business partners
- Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders
- Work with department leadership teams to ensure there is a consistent “way of working”
- Work across Finance to implement best practices and improved ways of working, systems and process

**Qualifications**:
**Now let’s talk about you**
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- CA / CPA / CIMA qualified
- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
- Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
- Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, GCP, Google suite
