**About You**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Associate. This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) with a fixed contract period of 3 months, ideal for someone starting their career in digital marketing.

You are eager to learn and contribute to digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis. You bring a collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital storytelling. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited to support our team in delivering impactful digital campaigns.

**What You Do**

As a Digital Associate, you will support the team in executing digital campaigns and creating engaging content. Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the creation of digital content including posts, images, and assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Supporting research on target audiences to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Helping set up and implement digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Scheduling posts and monitoring campaign timelines.
- Assisting in performance tracking and reporting using analytics tools.
- Supporting budget tracking and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
- Contributing to internal marketing initiatives to strengthen Archetype’s brand presence.

**What You Offer**
- Min of 1 year experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with paid social media management and digital campaign tools. Ideally paid Facebook or LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with digital trends.
- Experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT preferred)
- Availability to work 2-3 days per week.
