**The Role**:
Associate Producer

The Associate Producer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex, medium to large scale projects for highly discerning global and local clients with creative, design and production standards that set new benchmarks within the market each time.

Support the Producer to deliver projects with budgets up to circa $2m

Contribute ideas and strategies to continually innovate and evolve the way in which we produce projects for greater efficiencies and outcomes.

Working to support the pitch Producer and alongside the Creative and Design team throughout the concept and design development phase to develop the idea, meet deadlines, ensure styling elements, suppliers, etc., and meet budget feasibility.

Work with the Production, Technical and Design teams to help drive the creative, design and production deliverables and timelines to ensure the concept and design are executed to the Kat&Co standard.

Work collaboratively with the Producer, Production Manager and Design Director / Creative Director as needed on each project.

To liaise with and manage all suppliers regarding the event and build on and leverage those relationships to maximise value and outcomes.

Support the Producer and the team on the onsite delivery and final execution to the Kat&Co standard.

Work across multiple projects simultaneously across all aspects of client communication, production deliverables, budget management and final delivery.

Develop, help to drive and meet project timelines.

Within the agency, the team is required to work all days and nights when an event is on, excluding times when annual leave has been approved.

This role reports to the Head of Projects.
