**About our role**:
As a result of internal movement and our newly created Customer Service & Fulfilment function we are now recruiting the role of Integrated Business Planning Manager. Reporting directly to the Executive Director Customer Service & Fulfilment, and based at our head office, this role will lead and manage the execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) process, within Simplot.

**What you will do**:

- To enhance and strengthen the effectiveness of the IBP / ITP process through continuous improvement and ensuring that all departments and functions maintain a fully integrated approach.
- Drive and facilitate the decision-making process in line with the business goals.
- Provide timely, clear and pro-active advice to the executive leadership team and other senior stakeholders to respond to opportunities and resolve challenges.
- To support coordination of the annual strategic planning process across categories and functions.
- Provide high level leadership of a direct report who is responsible for executing the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process at Simplot.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in a business-related discipline. You will have ideally been in a similar role and be able to provide examples around your investigative and strong problem-solving capability.

Your organisation skills and attention to detail is a real strength and you will have a continuous improvement mindset looking to identify opportunities to build on current processes. Your strong communication skills will allow you to build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve outcomes and as a team player you will enjoy working within a high achieving positive environment.

Exposure to the FMCG environment and the understanding of the Oliver Wight IBP framework will be advantageous.
