**About the role**
**12 month Fixed Term Contract**
This critical role integrates DTP's Inclusion and Diversity initiatives with Organisational Development priorities and functions, fostering an inclusive and diverse DTP workforce. Together, we aim to cultivate a culture where every individual can authentically contribute to achieving Transport and Planning outcomes for Victoria.
As the Integration Manager within the Inclusion and Organisational Development team, you’ll oversee the Inclusion and Diversity function, ensuring meaningful delivery of priorities for our evolving organisation. This will include working closely with the Organisational Development Managers to align initiatives, leverage existing programs and ensure robust processes for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll drive action plans and foster relationships across the business to ensure a shared vision for an inclusive culture. Additionally, you’ll represent DTP on interdepartmental steering committees and in the review of wider Victorian government developments.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Understanding of inclusion, equity, and diversity responsibilities in modern organisations.
- Extensive experience providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership and management skills, including fostering high-performing teams.
- Track record of building constructive relationships, resolving conflicts, and negotiating outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and produce high-quality written material.
**Qualifications and Experience**
**Desirable**
- A relevant tertiary level qualification in Psychology, Organisational Culture, Human Resource Management.
- Lived experience within one of the following priority cohorts; Disability, First People, LGBTIQA+ and Multicultural/CaLD are encouraged to apply.
