**The Opportunity**

We now have a newly created leadership opportunity available in the role of **Head of Integrated Planning**. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to our Executive Manager, Commercial Planning, this role will see you acting as a critical member of both the Jetstar Operations and Commercial Leadership Teams. You will lead the development of the medium to long term (1-5+ years) Integrated Operations Plan, ensuring the development of an integrated plan that meets both Commercial and Operational needs and requirements, taking into consideration constraints.

As **Head of Integrated Planning**, your accountabilities will include:

- Development of a 1-5+ year Integrated Operations Plan, including supply and demand curves for the Operational teams such as Crewing, Airports, Engineering and Operations Delivery
- Developing a governance framework for Operations Integrated Planning including continuous reviews to enhance the governance framework
- Assessing the holistic deliverability of future schedules against both hard constraints (sufficient resourcing & risk to resource pipeline) and performance constraints (risk of schedule delivery at targeted performance factors)
- Building a detailed understanding of operational inputs, constraint un-lockers, or risk profiles on different time horizons
- Recommending specific planning settings to take to manage specific schedule risks, balancing cost with deliverability
- Ensure a suite of Operations Planning/Commercial Tools, including Schedule Optimisation tools and rulesets, are leveraged across the Commercial and Operations teams
- Delivering superior people leadership to a newly created team, including SMEs and Managers.

Key to achieving success in this role will be your ability to effectively influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to build a plan focused on our medium to long term strategic priorities.

**About you**

You will bring:

- Superior commercial and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to maintain a commercial focus
- Experience in an operationally focused role that requires a perspective that balances cost, customer service and compliance (exposure to aviation industry highly regarded)
- Experience in leading significant change in complex, fast-paced organisations
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing teams, including managers
- Confidence in financial management, including experience in managing a sizeable budget
- A passion for people leadership, including significant exposure to leading a team of diverse individuals
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, coupled with post graduate qualifications would hold you in high regard.
