The Commercial division is Allianz Australia's largest distribution channel whose customers include Commercial, Corporate and international buyer groups throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We currently have an opening for a
**Business Integration Manager** to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives within budget, specification and timetable, while taking ownership for development and execution of the change management strategy and plans to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits.
**It will be your responsibility to**:
- Engage with business stakeholders, sales partners and technology teams to understand their business objectives and define the business cases for projects.
- Translate business needs into a clear and measurable scope of work that is aligned to the business objectives and overall strategy.
- Develop, own and drive project plans to ensure that business outcomes are delivered, including management of the plan, scope, budget, stakeholders, project team, issues, risks and dependencies.
- Manage and take responsibility for delivery of the various business artefacts required during the implementation of a project.
- Ensure User Acceptance Test plans are completed.
- Recommend and provide input to decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the development and execution of the change management plans to deliver the agreed capabilities and realize the business benefits.
- Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain committed throughout the project.
**Important to your success**:
- Experience leading small to medium sized projects, from business case development through to execution and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to systematically break down business needs to explain why an initiative should be undertaken to justify organisational spend.
- Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organisational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration and communication to foster commitment and participation.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
- Good knowledge of project and change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
