The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an analytical thinker who is ready to kick start their career within distribution at Nike. An inquisitive and result-oriented initiator who isn’t afraid to challenge the existing boundaries. Our operations team is known for taking on a challenge, operate effectively, thinking strategically, and developing innovative thinkers. You will be someone who pragmatically problem solves and drives customer centric solutions within our team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your role will focus on E2E Operations, with a keen eye towards supply, DC capacity planning and operational workflows with our 3PL. This role supports the Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) of inventory managed across the supply chain from origin consolidators to final mile delivery. In this role, it is critical to understand inventory capacity in all nodes of the supply chain to meet customer demands. You will also monitor, analyse, and improve the E2E planning process ensuring an optimal flow of goods for the marketplace. In this role, it is important to balance between marketplace demands, inventory capacity, costs, and sustainability.

With an analytical mindset, you will have the ability to interpret data, and tell the story in order to support business decisions. This includes anticipating risks that will have an impact on the supply chain network. You will make recommendations and implement process changes that will support the business plans and strategic goals. You will also be accountable to support, and drive IFP discussions within the Logistics Planning network. Some other responsibilities of this role include:

- Dive the integration of territory plans and translate it to country shipment plans with the support of Logistic Planning network
- Track and monitor key metrics such as Territory Seasonal and Monthly supply
- Own and drive measurable insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Connecting analytics and the business into the E2E planning and influencing business results; (e.g., optimize shipping plans vs. distribution capacity and constraints)
- Produce and develop monthly and weekly operational E2E Fulfillment forecasts and reports

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role has a wide breadth of touchpoints cross-functionally which will provide you the opportunity to network and gain exposure across the business. You will link in closely with our Global partners, in order to support reporting around performance and cost, as well as driving best practice through shared learnings. Reporting to the IFP Manager, this role will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders in Marketplace Operations (MPO), DC Operations, Transportation and 3PL teams, rolling a cross functional alignment to keep a continuous flow in our processes; in order to serve our consumer with three drivers: Cost, Revenue and Service.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Knowledge of E2E supply chain, Inbound planning and execution, and efficiencies through 3PL/ Partners management and outbound distribution.
- Strong analytical skills including cost modelling, performance management and financial review
- Excellent Communicator - ability to communicate assertively with internal and external teams at all levels
- Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to manage and build stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP and COGNOS beneficial but not essential
