The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strategic thinker, who has sound knowledge around end to end logistics operations, incoprating the offshore and landside logistics chain, ranging from sourcing, to transit, through to domestic operations and final mile delivery. We are looking for someone who can facilitate solutions in order to ensure the seamless flow of goods from factory to consumer, for all Nike customers within Pacific.
We are looking for a change advocate, who thrives on the opportunity to seek solutions through the appraisal of process and performance, with focus towards empowerment of people and leading by example.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this newly created role, you will lead a strategic pillar within our integrated fulfillment planning capabilities, ensuring that required product flow visibility is established and available for our teams at all times.
You will ensure we have the supply, capacity and operational risk mitigation plans needed to serve the consumer. In addition, you will lead x-functionally to land the plan, while driving a healthy flow of inventory and reducing operational costs.
You will play a critical part in driving the evolution of flow operations within Pacific through uniting leaders across DC Operations, Transportation, Marketplace Operations, Demand and Supply Management and Finance towards a common vision, championing information flow and enabling consistency of product flow.
You will drive a collaborative mindset within our network to grow our end to end thinking and optimize efficiency across our logistics network.
You will own and deliver visibility to flow challenges and opportunities within wider business forums such as Pacific Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
You will be an advocate for solving problems in order to manifest excellence in all facets of our planning cycle.
Most importantly, you will continue the momentum that has been established on embedding this newly created function into our existing organization. Leveraging our local and Geography based objectives, you will drive the integrated fulfillment planning strategy and bring this to life operationally - you will have autonomy to make this role your own

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a key leader within our operations team, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will report to the Integrated Fulfillment Planning Manager - Pacific, and work closely with the wider Pacific Logistics and Marketplace Operations team.
You will work closely with the Operations leadership team in order to deliver succinct and aligned departmental solutions and distributive capability.
You will have numerous touchpoints into our wider Operations team, namely throughout our Marketplace Operations function, Technology and Supply Chain Innovation teams.
You will also link in closely with our Demand and Supply Management team, to ensure accuracy around inventory and capacity planning, particularily within the IBP space, as well as our Finance teams in order to support forecasting and accrual precision.
