**About the Organisation**

This privately held energy company is focused on developing and delivering emerging, innovative technologies in the low carbon sphere, building on its long track record of success in the sector. It is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive HR Coordinator, who is empathetic and enjoys working with people, and seeking to take their next career step. Reporting to, and working directly with an experienced HR Manager, you will provide essential HR support to Executives, Team Leaders and all employees across the company.

**About the Role**

Your day here will include the following key responsibilities:

- Being an HRIS super-user maintaining employee records and being the point of contact for employee queries about the system,
- Maintaining the online training system including creating compliance training packages;
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, probation and induction processes;
- Assisting in the design and development of efficient business processes to support HR team objectives;
- Preparation of compliance reporting data for government agencies and external organisations;
- Liaison with external vendors and stakeholders; and
- General HR administration as required.

**About you**

You will bring these attributes to the role:

- Prior experience in a similar role or high-level administrative role.
- Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant discipline (not essential but preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience with MicroPay and/or EmployeeConnect (highly desirable).
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.
- Structured, well organised, methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
