We are seeking a Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our project team in Pakenham. You will be responsible for implementing an effective stakeholder engagement plan for the project, ensuring that key messages and information are conveyed to the community and other stakeholders. You will also work with site base teams to support the delivery of the project and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
To be successful in this role, You'll have excellent attention to detail and communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure and manage multiple work demands. You will be comfortable building relationships across the organisation.
You will also have:
- A curious and energetic self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to share ideas, collaborate and work closely with others.
- Ability to deal with a diverse range of people (crew members, partners, clients and members of the public)
