**Our client is a leading provider of electricity transmission and distribution, gas distribution and storage, and electricity and gas metering services, committed to reducing its carbon footprint and driving the transition to a more sustainable energy future.**

As a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of electricity transmission projects across the network.

This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that transmission projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for electricity transmission projects
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, government bodies, environmental groups and industry bodies
- Develop and implement communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any potential impacts
- Work collaboratively with project teams to identify and address stakeholder concerns and issues
- Represent the company at stakeholder engagement events and meetings
- Assist with the development of regulatory submissions and responses

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, public relations, environmental science or engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably in the electricity transmission sector
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies
- Knowledge of the electricity transmission sector and transmission projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required
