Located in central Parramatta, Ventia we offer flexible working options after training period. This full-time permanent Payroll Administrator position will work collaboratively delivering precise payments to our employees.

**About the role**:

- Deliver end to end payroll using SAP system.
- Identifying, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Manage queries by providing high quality and timely customer service.
- Ensure data integrity against policies, EBA/Award and legislation.
- Processing of termination calculations and payments.
- Supporting year end process with monthly reconciliations to ensure year end is seamless.

**About You**:

- Basic knowledge of the end-to-end payroll process.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet payroll deadlines and high demand.
- Experience with SAP Payroll system.
