This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in Payroll and gain a thorough knowledge of the end to end process for one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand.

Located at our Parramatta office with flexible working available after training, this role will work collaboratively delivering exact payments to our employees across Ventia.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Delivering end to end payroll using SAP system.
- Identifying, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Managing queries by providing high quality and timely customer service.
- Ensuring data integrity against policies, EBA/Award and legislation.
- Processing of termination calculations and payments.
- Supporting Year End process with monthly reconciliations to ensure year end is seamless.

**About you**
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills with focus on the employee as the customer.
- Able to meet payroll deadlines and demand.
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new situations and adapt to change.
- Experience with SAP would be highly desirable.
