Payroll Compliance Administrator

This role will support the payroll compliance functions and projects ensuring all Payroll Services are executed efficiently, accurately and timely in accordance with relating legislative authorities and fully compliant within Australia.

Located at our Parramatta office with flexible working available.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintain payroll controls with Site User Guide, Quick Reference Guide, Pay rates matrix and other associated documents and templates to support payroll compliance in all payroll processes and practices.
- Contribute to managing data, update internal registers and documents ensuring SAP is referenced accurately.
- Support each pay event for Single Touch Payroll Reporting and Year End process for Australia along with monthly audits and reconciliations and reviews that ensure year end is seamless.
- Support compliance with all legislative requirements ie. ATO, Superannuation, and all other payroll processing related payments. Maintain a proper procedure of internal controls for compliance in tax and super as per legislative bodies.

**About you**
- Solid experience and knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills with focus on the employee as the customer.
- Able to meet payroll deadlines and demand.
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new situations and adapt to change.
