
Payroll Assistant

- 1–3 years of payroll processing experience, with a strong understanding of Australian payroll
- Attention to detail, you pride yourself on attention to detail and getting this right the first time
- Excellent English communication skills, you understand client needs quickly and respond promptly
- Ideal for graduates of a Certificate IV in Payroll Administration, Diploma of Payroll Services, Certificate III in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or higher.
- Oversee payroll processing for multiple clients, including superannuation and payroll tax .
- Review and action client emails, ensuring precise entry and validation of employee data with zero errors.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Liaise directly with each client's payroll contact; communication with individual employees is not required.
