What we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of payroll processing experience, with a strong understanding of Australian payroll
  • Attention to detail, you pride yourself on attention to detail and getting this right the first time
  • Excellent English communication skills, you understand client needs quickly and respond promptly
  • Ideal for graduates of a Certificate IV in Payroll Administration, Diploma of Payroll Services, Certificate III in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or higher.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll processing for multiple clients, including superannuation and payroll tax .
  • Review and action client emails, ensuring precise entry and validation of employee data with zero errors.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Liaise directly with each client's payroll contact; communication with individual employees is not required.
