Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Key Account Catering Manager to lead this large site at a Prestigious Boys School.
**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required
Impeccable client relationship management
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Full P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
Adherence to food & safety practices
**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Education Sector.
Leadership skills with a proven track record in developing, motivating and guiding a large team
Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a creative environment
Financially acumen, interpreting data to deliver strong commercial results
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A passion for delivering outstanding experiences and delighting our students, clients and guests.
Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
