**The position.**

The position will require a flexible availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends to support our guest-obsessed culture.

**As the Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for.**
- Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
- Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within your restaurant
- Leading a high-performing team, supporting Crew training and development
- Leading your designated shifts in accordance with Hungry Jack’s guidelines and standards
- Building the brand via effective business planning execution
- Managing the business to ensure each shift achieves profit goals
- Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
- Continuing your own self-development as you grow in the role
