**Brief**:

- The client requires a QA professional to work in conjunction with their quality team on the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality system. This will involve coordinating various elements of the system including the internal audit program customer complaints, control of documents and HACCP systems reviews and improvements.
- They will report to the compliance manager and the national quality manager
- Key responsibilities:

- Ensure all mandatory requirements are met for maintenance and improvement of required site certifications including quality and food safety standards.
- Ideally have some experience with issues relating to overseas customers E.g. the client exports flour to multiple countries overseas and has to adhere to legislative requirements
- Lead all site certification related activities including ISO 9001, HACCP, SQF, Kosher, Halal, FeedSafe, and Export Registration (QSR).
- Coordinate and conduct internal audit programs and external supplier auditsLiaise and formally report regularly with site management on quality performance and compliance matters
- Develop and monitor quality assurance systems including developing policies and procedures and monitoring for compliance
- Investigating and responding in a timely manner to customer complaints, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and are effective
- Develop and deliver relevant training of quality system procedures for key personnel

Bomaderry location, initial on-site requirement 3-5 days/week initially with potential to work remotely as required following the first 1-2 months
- 12 month FTC, with potential to stay on indefinitely for the right person
- Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
