An experienced Practice / Office Manager is required to manage two General Medical practices in Bomaderry.

This position would suit someone who likes to be busy and is good at multitasking and is well organised.

This is an operational job and you will be assisted by the business manager.

Skills and experience required:

- 3 + years of general medical practice experience
- Medical software experience ( Best Practice preferable)
- Cover letter & resume demonstrating stable work history including general practice experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience in staff management
- Contribution to team requirements
- Must be able to multi-skill
- Knowledge of RACGP accreditation standards
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of triage
- Ability to comfort patients and anticipate their anxieties or questions
- **Must be friendly and want to work in a team environment.**:

- Proactive and “can do” attitude”

Desirable:

- Managing doctors’ appointment books and foreseeable problems
- Best Practice software is desirable
- Core practice hours are between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Overtime may be required

Due to the responsibility and the requirements of the role, the position pays above award wages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-38 per week

**Salary**: $55,381.74 - $75,547.46 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bomaderry, NSW 2541: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Medical practice management: 2 years (preferred)
