**About Us**

We are a dynamic and growing group of two GP practices, Meroo Street Family Practice and Bomaderry Creek Health Centre, located just 2 km apart in Bomaderry. Our practices are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead our teams and oversee the smooth operation of both clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Management**: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, rostering, and staff performance management.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, billing, Medicare claims, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the practices.
- **Compliance & Accreditation**: Ensure that the practices meet all accreditation standards and comply with legal, safety, and privacy regulations.
- **Staff Development**: Support recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical and administrative staff.
- **Patient Care**: Improve patient experience by ensuring efficient processes, reducing wait times, and managing patient feedback.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Implement and manage systems to streamline workflows, including scheduling, records management, and communication.

**About You**
- Experience in managing a general practice or healthcare setting preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- A background in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to improving patient care and practice efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
