General information This is your opportunity to join a small but rapidly expanding team dedicated to supplying Australia with electric vehicle chargers that will decarbonize transport in Australia. An agile new division of ABB, one of the world’s electrical solutions leaders, ABB E-mobility has considerable and increasing autonomy delivering the versatility of a new business combined with the confidence of a significant multinational with a hundred-year legacy. As a Operations Manager, you will lead a team of specialist who provide internal and external customers support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance). Oversee customer support process, definition, implementation and execution in order to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Reporting to the Division Manager - E-Mobility, you will be managing logistics topic and assure the proper procurement process with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
- Ensuring timely issue of invoices for revenue generation. Identifies and closely follows up on customer issues relating to credit.
- Ensuring shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule.
- Recommending appropriate solution for special customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Preparing administrative transportation documentation for the external warehouse. Fulfils shipping, packing and marking procedures per project requirements in compliance with governmental regulations. Verifies vendor certificates and submits appropriate documentation for credit letters.
- Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers.
- Designing and implementing plans following global sourcing strategies to reach the business targets. Creating and releasing purchase order (PO) based on valid purchase requisition (PR) to support plant operations and project execution, clarifying PR requirements whenever is needed and creating PO.
- Managing order acknowledgement, being responsible for PO changes and rescheduling (push-in/pull-out) and managing invoice issue (Basware tool) and PO specific payments with accountability.
- Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy. Uses lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units in the end-to-end supply chain.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven managerial experience is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistic
- Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of SAP with Proficiency in MS Office
- Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication.
