**The opportunity**

We have an opportunity available for a Documentation Manager to join our Operations division. You will take Ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the documentation process for Dennis Family Homes product including the availability, quality, delivery of master drawings, details, and marketing support drawing materials for issue to internal DFH departments.

Reporting to our General Manager of Operations you will be required to,
- From supplied scaled drawings - coordinate, track & produce, through team members here and overseas, all the master documentation and supporting materials for DFH.
- Guidance and overview of the quality and progress of direct reports - Design Draftspersons & ArchiCAD BIM Specialist.
- Quality control & timely delivery of production master requests.
- Ensure DFH NCC compliance as it relates to master documentation.
- Coordination and tracking of ArchiCAD object requests issued to BIM Specialist.
- Coordinate the production of working drawings to support DFH Display Home program.
- Provide objective feedback for designers as part of development program.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- ArchiCAD experience is requires for the role.
- Thorough understanding of Volume housing processes.
- Minimum 2 years in people leadership role.
- Diploma in Drafting or equivalent.
- Experienced in development of construction details.
- Experience in managing remote/offshore teams favourable.
