Temporary Project Officer

Brach Enabling Services (BES) serves as the critical tactical interface that connects TMR's corporate business vision with Statewide Network Operations branch operations, ensuring alignment and exceptional delivery. We manage and report on finances and procurement, manage correspondence and take charge of the business planning processes, risk management, continuity planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all of which are fundamental to our operational resilience and success. Also, our role encompasses providing strategic human resources management and advice.
**The role**: In the role of Temporary Project Officer, some of your responsibilities will include: - Provide high-level branch support to enable timely coordination of reporting and governance. Develop governance material and assist with the management of actions. Maintain, develop and coordinate corporate reports and risk registers. Engage with internal stakeholders to support the development of successful outcomes. Develop innovative and improved reporting and processes in accordance with frameworks and policies to sustain best practices for the branch. Consult with and provide guidance to the branch and leadership team on risk, business continuity planning and WHS matters. Actively participate in a team environment, supporting a positive culture to ensure the team's contribution leads to successful business outcomes.

Requirements of the roleTo thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality outcomes. High-level written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication with team members and other areas within the branch. Ability to use data and leverage technologies to achieve operational efficiencies. Ability to organise and update information and data to maintain quality and integrity for reporting and business decision making.
