**About the company**
Federal government agency responsible in improving the safety, health, well-being, and quality of life of people in Australia. Currently seeking a Project Support Officer to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.

**About the role**
As a Project Officer, you will provide project support and ensure project and administration activities are achieved on time, budget, and agreed quality. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

- Coordinate meeting arrangements, reports, and papers for governance
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation
- Maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Support Project Managers with budget and risk management

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project support role, ideally within large organizations
- Proficient user of MS Office products including Project, Visio, and MS Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadline
