Well known Government organisation looking for a HR Project Support Officer responsible for providing HR support to the HR Project Officer by efficiently coordinating, monitoring, reviewing, and progressing documentation relating to flexible work practices and long-term leave; recruitment, appointments, temporary end dates, separations, and related workforce management functions. Looking to engage someone for 3 months starting ASAP.

**Responsibilities**
- Project based HR work, including reviewing WHS policies and procedures, creating forms and checklists for WHS
- Initial responses to WHS incidents and monitoring the safety and wellbeing inbox Supporting medical case management cases
- Administrative support to health, safety and wellbeing activities and forums

**Selection criteria**
- 2+ year experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in Wellbeing activities would also be highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Forms
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build relationships
- Relevant HR Qualifications are desired
