**About the company**:
A government organisation tasked with improving health outcomes for Australians through the delivery of digital healthcare systems. An exciting opportunity for an experience Project Support Officer to join busy Government team.

**About the role**:
As an APS5 equivalent Project Support Officer you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, agenda, and minute preparation, and follow up on outstanding actions
- Provide direct support to the project team
- Collaborate with stakeholder engagement coordinates
- Handling a range of moderately complex to complex executive, administration, and business support activities

**About you**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with numerous stakeholders via several means, e.g., workshop facilitation
- Ideally minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Support Officer within large organisations

**Benefits**:

- 12-Month Temporary Assignment
- ASAP Start date (pending police clearance)
- $50 - $55 per hour + super
- Brisbane CBD Location
