**About this role**:
A specialist supplier of high-quality, custom made window furnishings to the Interior Design and Architecture trade are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as a Personal Assistant/Receptionist.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise and maintain the schedules, appointments and day to day affairs of the Director both business and personal
- High level of diary and travel management
- Conduct research, purchase and manage logistics for Interior Design projects
- Greet and welcome guests
**Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and some basic ability with IT problem-solving would be advantageous
- Discreet, mature and conscious of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
