Open roles and outcomes

Personal Trainer (Full-Time)

  • Deliver 1:1 coaching that hits client goals
  • Own client retention and referrals
  • Run assessments, programs, and check-ins
  • Support studio challenges and events

Sales Representative or Consultant (Full-Time)

  • Generate, Qualify, and book leads into Trainers'schedule
  • Onboard clients who sign up
  • Convert inbound leads to paid clients
  • Run needs analyses and studio tours
  • Keep CRM clean and accurate
  • Hit weekly demos, sales, and follow-up targets

Team Leader (Full-Time)

  • Lead, coach, and set standards for a small team
  • Drive weekly KPIs and cadence
  • Hire, onboard, and performance-manage
  • Lift culture, retention, and revenue

You'll bring

  • Coachability and a bias to action
  • Clear communication and ownership
  • For PT: Cert III/IV in Fitness or equivalent preferred
  • For Sales: proven phone and face-to-face conversion
  • For Team Leader: people leadership and KPI delivery
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Full-Time only. No contractors. No part-time.
