As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of their start-up surgical practice. You will work closely with their talented surgeons, contributing to the organisation's success by providing administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating smooth operations. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing the schedules and calendars of our surgeons, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between surgeons, staff members, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups, ensuring optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Help create and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and business development.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and maintaining office supplies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to contribute innovative ideas to the surgical practice.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a surgical practice.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with surgeons, staff, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving start-up environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and familiarity with surgical procedures is a plus.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry through entrepreneurial endeavours.
