**Legal Personal Assistant**
12 month maternity leave cover & full time hours | Sydney CBD location | Up to 100k package
- Work until December with potential to extend

**The role |**

Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support an amazing team in the commercial team:

- Diary management
- Client relationship management and building
- Travel bookings and planning
- Invoicing and billing tasks
- Assist the partner in executive duties
- Oversee day to day partner movements
- Planning events and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders
- Ad-hoc duties on occasions

**The right person |**
- 3-5 years PA or LA experience
- Ability to work full time
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Well presented
- Willing to liaise and engage with clients
- Great computer skills
- A good role model for administrators
- A team player
