Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Web, responsible for leading and driving all web-based development for the organisation.

You will manage and motivate your team, the scope, architecture and constantly look to improve, streamline processes, tools and pipelines ensuring your team documents process, CI/CD, infrastructure and tools.

You will communicate with stakeholders of all skill levels, backgrounds and seniority. You will work closely with the technical Head of Departments giving them support with the technical aspect of planning and executing projects.

To be successful in the role, you will have
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organising resources across the Development Team.
- Demonstrated experience assigning work with the Technical Leads, making sure they assign the appropriate person to do the work while balancing the needs of other project timelines.
- Demonstrated experience establishing lifecycle management process of new and recurring product streams
- Experience in People Management of the Senior Frontend Lead and Senior Fullstack Lead and Product Development Lead
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring the architecture of BAU projects is updated and best practice
- Identifying required development infrastructure, tools, and process changes and oversee delivery
