This role will require co-ordination across business and technical teams to ensure that best practices in tag management and web analytics are rolled out across our digital assets. It will also have a strong focus on empowering others through providing simple self-serve analytics functionality, maintaining easy to follow processes, and developing a knowledge base of best practices and how-to guides.

You’ll have
- Experience in running a tag management system is essential (Adobe Launch experience preferable)
- Experience in the use and administration of a web analytics platform is essential (preferably Adobe Analytics)
- Strong understanding of analytics data layers and the ability to perform tag debugging work
- Experience in HTML and JavaScript is required
- Strong skills in writing business requirements and solution documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Understanding of the potential security and privacy risks associated with tag management and the ability to spot potential risks
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence for workflow and knowledge management
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak to both business and technical stakeholders in ways that are easy for them to understand
