Are you up for a creative design challenge?

We're looking for a passionate designer who can help elevate the visual style of our website and marketing materials. You'll play a key role in refining our brand's look and feel and pushing it to the next level.

What's the challenge?

We're a dynamic, private education provider who empowers adults to upskill and reskill. We help people prepare for the future of work by building their skills in growing areas like cybersecurity, digital marketing, sustainability and Artificial Intelligence.

Our business is forward-thinking, but there's a problem. Our website hasn't kept pace. We need your help

If you accept this role, you'll take the lead in refreshing the visual style and UX of our website. You'll also work closely with our marketing team to develop templates and finalised designs for various marketing pieces. You'll help make sure we have a distinctive, sophisticated visual look and feel across the board.

Skills and experience

  • Self-starter who likes to get things done
  • Great typography skills
  • Experience with website design and preparing marketing materials
  • Ability to build polished brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of web and graphic design trends
  • Comfortable with designing in both Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  • Experience with creating AI images, animations and videos
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with working in the Australian education industry (highly desirable)
  • University degree in visual communication, design or another related field (highly desirable)
  • Copywriting and marketing skills (highly desirable)
  • Front-end web development skills are a bonus

This is a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension if you're the right fit.
