TalentWeb are proud to be supporting a leading brand in their category in their search for a versatile, passionate Head of Marketing.
**The Opportunity**
Working closely with the leadership team and taking carriage of the development and delivery of the integrated marketing plan, your remit will be to drive brand awareness, consumer demand, sales and customer growth based on your knowledge of consumer insights and trends.
- Deliver the marketing plan and promotional calendar encompassing content, media, digital, events, PR and local area marketing initiatives with a view to optimising the retail calendar, driving sales and ROI.
- Develop the local brand strategy ensuring it remains differentiated from competitors.
- Promote key products and services with a view to creating demand amongst target consumers.
- Work across NPD initiatives and launches as well as support with any new retail openings.
- Manage and develop the PR strategy and track and evaluate media spend and effectiveness.
- Ensure SEM and Social initiatives support ecommerce objectives and drive an optimal customer experience.
- Ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of results, performance and ROI of all marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key community partners to support the execution of the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
**About You**
As a passionate, experienced and commercially minded consumer marketeer, you are looking for the next step up in your career. This role will suit someone with a strong retail/consumer marketing background that has had the opportunity to hone their skills across brand, media, events, digital, comms and PR. You bring:
- Experience in strategic planning, digital marketing and devising sales promotions and events that drive ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven experience managing a substantial marketing budget.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot.
