**Sales and Business Development Consultant - Brite Composite Solutions**:

We are seeking a driven Sales Gun based in Victoria to help grow our current local client base and foster new relationships with resellers, builders, architects and construction companies and extend our reach to Adelaide & Tasmania.

You will work closely with our executive team in Sydney in a diverse, independent and challenging role that offers the opportunity to build a career with a highly successful building materials company.

About The Role:
You will balance your excellent people skills with a grasp of digital systems, including CRM management and an understanding of marketing and social media engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for inbound corporate and commercial leads within Victoria
- Fostering and retaining existing relationships with corporate clients
- Identify and engage with potential building partners and resellers
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities within Victoria
- Identify new growth opportunities

Skills Required:

- Experience dealing with retail and corporate clients
- Experience in timber/wood supply industry ideal - exposure to Composite & Timber Decking and major plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and engaging phone manner
- Experience using CRM and digital systems (training will also be provided)
- Project Management experience
- Excellent skills
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy

What’s On Offer:
Based at our logistics and distribution hub in Campbellfield, you will be offered a generous Base salary alongside a performance based commission structure. Consultants currently engaged in similar roles gross over $120,000 per annum.

You will closely be supported by Senior Management with a drive towards growth and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
