**Responsibilities**:
Generate new sales opportunities and leads through effective prospecting and market research.

Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to expand our customer base and reach revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Identify and stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to seize new business opportunities. Conduct cold calls, attend networking events, and leverage digital platforms to connect with potential customers.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further conversion.

Track and analyze sales performance data, preparing regular reports for management review.

**Requirements**:
Proven track record as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with success in generating leads and meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in the Transport industry (preferred but not required).
