**About us**

Tailor Made Steel Buildings has been operating within the steel building industry since 2004 and continues to deliver a range of high quality projects for the supply and installation or kit form steel garages, sheds, carports, verandahs and many others products with a strong focus on high levels of customer service. We support the use of Australian made Bluescope steel in our designs providing only the best products for our clients. Customer satisfaction is key to our operation.

**What we are looking for**:

- A people person who is very well organised, helpful, courteous, mature and confident
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Building and Construction background in the steel industry preferable
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a competitive industry where quality comes first

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of accurate quotes for garages, sheds, verandahs, carports and garden sheds
- Face to face interaction with customers at our office or in their home or business
- Complete onsite inspections to determine customer requirements and advise of our services
- Take measurements and review existing conditions during onsite inspections
- Utilisation of software tools to generate quotes - training included
- Think creatively to provide design ideas
- Respond to telephone and internet leads
- Close sales and generate referrals
- Work autonomously to organise appointments and provide quotes in a timely manner
- To effectively communicate with customers, other trades, contractors and colleagues

- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with Saturdays and after hours visits as required
- Mobile phone and vehicle provided or vehicle allowance
- $75k to $80k per year plus superannuation

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
