We are seeking a motivated and results-driven business development professional to join our Packaging Solutions company in Australia. The role focuses on driving sales of our wide range of packaging products—including tin cans, PET bottles, HDPE/IBC containers, and cartons—to clients across the food, edible oil, beverage, and FMCG industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a good understanding of packaging solutions, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Experience selling to food, beverage, or FMCG industries
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence for client visits

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Sales or business development certifications advantageous

Work Eligibility:

  • Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Willing to undergo background checks if required

• Develop new business opportunities and expand sales within the food, edible oil, beverage, and FMCG industries.


• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.


• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, product presentations, and quotations to customers.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitable sales growth.


• Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and high product quality.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.


• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and build brand presence.
