Return-It is the consumer facing entity of the Group and its core business is to provide a modern and convenient way to collect eligible beverage containers via Container Deposit Schemes, accurately paying back refund amounts to consumers.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an Area Manager based in the ACT to manage a group of Return-It Depots and maintain partner relationships across ACT & NSW. Reporting to State Manager, the role will have an overall responsibility for the success and profitability of Depots and partner relationship within their area.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage profitability of Return-It Depots within your designated region.
- Responsible for direct reports of up to 6 Depot Managers in addition to 40 staff across sites in your region.
- Actively seek sales opportunities, to ensure Return-It is constantly developing within the area
- Meet sales targets by identifying, establishing and maintaining current and future client relationships.
- Build business relationships with existing and future partners for continuous growth
- Ensure sites are operational and comply with all company processes and safety procedures.
- Ensure all depots maintain a high level of customer service and retention.
