**The Role**:
The Area Manager is responsible for the management of the operations of Franchise Restaurants in ACT including managing and improving operating procedures, new restaurant openings, reporting and systems management, franchise communication, training, and leading restaurant teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce all training systems
- Follow up on Franchise & Corporate restaurant compliance
- Continually provide updates on restaurant management training systems and initiatives
- Manage & Improve Performance of franchise & corporate restaurants within the region
- Coach Franchise Partners to manage costs to meet and exceed targets
- Coach Franchise Partners to develop and implement Local Area Marketing initiatives and plans
- Support the opening weeks of a new restaurants in the region
- Complete restaurant visitation reports on all restaurants in the region

**Ideally you will have**:

- 2 years’ experience in the same or a similar role.
- Multi-site management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
- Strong customer focus.
- Self-motivated to achieve results and deadlines
