**We are seeking a dynamic, super organised and forward-thinking Wholesale Coordinator to join our National Support Centre, located in Adelaide.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE....**

The role of Wholesale Coordinator entails overseeing and enhancing the wholesale operations of Spendless Shoes. As the Wholesale Coordinator, your main objective will be to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain for our wholesalers, with a keen focus on product availability to optimize inventory and enhance customer service. A crucial aspect of this position is to proactively seek out new business opportunities while nurturing and sustaining strong relationships with all our wholesale partners. Handling wholesale queries effectively and promptly will also be integral to achieving success in this role.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Building and nurturing exceptional relationships with all wholesale customers to ensure long-lasting partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Continually seeking and exploring new business opportunities to expand the wholesale business's reach and market presence.
- Infusing a strong customer focus into all aspects of your work, prioritising the needs and requirements of wholesale partners.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across various Support Centre departments.
- Thriving on problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks, demonstrating a high level of autonomy in your approach.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings and implementing recommended changes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders to optimise wholesale performance, aligning strategies for collective success.
- Monitoring inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply constraints to ensure adequate stock availability for wholesale partners.
- Working closely with the supply chain team to streamline delivery processes and maintain efficient order fulfillment.
- Effectively managing and resolving all wholesale queries to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Establishing effective communication channels with Freight Forwarders and Suppliers to facilitate timely and smooth transactions.
- Assisting with Distribution tasks, including providing Order Confirmations, Pricing updates, and Invoices to support the wholesale process.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Thriving in a relatively unstructured and fast-paced environment, embracing the dynamic nature of the role.

As the Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the wholesale business by fostering strong relationships, pursuing growth opportunities, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office, with advanced expertise in Excel to handle complex data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, showing a proactive approach to achieve goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong capabilities in building and maintaining relationships, fostering positive connections with colleagues and external partners.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring precise and error-free work.
- Effective time management skills, enabling the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- A relevant qualification in Business or Supply Chain Management is desired, though not essential, as practical experience and skills are equally valuable for this position.
