Keystones Solar Group have an excellent part-time opportunity available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their team
**About the Opportunity**
For this exciting new role, as Keystones Solar’s Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operational elements of the business. This role will involve working closely with Keystones Solar’s Directors, as well as clients, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Installers, Suppliers and Administration.
The purpose of your role as Keystones Solar’s Operations Coordinator is to ensure:
- Client small-mid size projects are scheduled and installed on time
- Large projects are supported with timely delivered equipment
- The team have high utilisation due to good planning with mínimal downtime
- Daily operations run smoothly to assist all our team, our clients, and our profitability
- Customer maintenance is planned & scheduled
We are looking for someone who is available for 2-3 full days per week. Please specify your availability in your cover letter.
**About You**
With demonstrated 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or office/team coordinator position, you will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with initiative and collaboratively as part of a team. To ensure projects are delivered on time, you will have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- A desire to work in a collaborative, team environment (across technical, engineering, management, sales and administration staff)
- Persistent, take initiative and are tenacious
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office365)
- Ideally experience in working with smart phones, laptops, backups, printers/copiers etc.
- Current valid Australian driver’s licence
