For the right talent, this Campus Coordinator role could lead to a management position.

**Requirements**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE AND DUTIES**

**Student Services**
- Making considered judgements relating to student matters including special needs, intervention and access plans, academic support and pastoral care needs
- In consultation with responsible stakeholders, refer students to internal and/or external services as required
- Source and acquire required resources that are available for students undertaking a course, including individuals with disabilities
- Responsible for overall operations of international student support services
- Oversee service delivery, including maintaining minimum customer service standards and response times via phone, web, support tickets and other forms of communication, for prospective and returning students and graduates
- Management of Grievance Register - supporting students to resolve grievances and internal and external appeal

**Student Welcome**
- Coordinate and manage student orientation programs at study period commencement (higher education student admissions occur three times year / VET student admissions occur four times a year, plus ad hoc admissions), including organisation of third-party materials and tours (Study Adelaide packs, Adelaide City Council tours, Airport meet and greet, Orientation day/week, welcome meals)
- Support the EMC to meet and maintain the organisation occupancy, growth and diversity targets

**Student Event Management**
- Work with the EMC to coordinate and manage the following internal student events:

- Graduations and Course Ceremonies
- Open Days and campus tours to prospective students, their families, and other guests
- Industry Day and other stakeholder events
- Review events and processes, as appropriate, to ensure continual improvement, implement best practices and boost quality and attendance

**Facilities and Resources**
- Responsible for assets and oversight of the asset register
- Oversee Hazard and Safety Registers (including Sexual Harassment and Assault)
- Ensure a secure and safe campus, including appropriate room allocations and within required occupancy levels (as required by government and regulatory requirements)
- Oversee campus inspection and inventory process

**Reporting**
- Provide the EMC with regular reports and against strategic priorities, including reports on student admissions and demographic data, marketing strategies, facilities and equipment, grievances and appeals, continuous improvement, regulatory reporting, and business opportunities
- Manage and Report on Student Evaluation of Learning and Teaching Surveys (SELTs) at the conclusion of each study period (Higher Education and VET)

**Supervision**
- Oversee Student Services staff
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and directing the implementation of new processes and systems to improve productivity and efficiency
- Be a positive advocate and support organisation’s strategic interests
- Liaise with industry, business and professional groups and identify opportunities for collaboration
- Other ad hoc duties as directed
