**About Us**

On behalf of more than 30 government agencies across South Australia, AGFMA covers asset management for government-owned facilities and will generate a revenue of approximately $300 million per annum over the initial term. We will safely deliver these facilities management services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are also excited to be partnering with local small to medium businesses to help us delivery these services, keeping investment and employment in South Australia.

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems lead who will be responsible for engagement across business users, including external customers. The lead will manage support and configuration requests aligning prioritisation and resources to achieve outcomes. The lead will collect, analyse and report on data and processes from the organisation for the purpose of tracking performance, compliance and continual improvement against the contract objectives.

**Primary responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Providing guidance and coaching to help contract personnel understand and utilise systems to manage performance and operational outcomes.
- Provide guidance and coordination of activities across the Business Systems Support Team to achieve strategic and customer focussed outcomes.
- Engagement with business leaders, and users, across internal stakeholder groups and client and customer groups building effective relationships.
- The compilation, benchmarking and analysis of any Performance Indicators as required to monitor the contract.
- Providing trend analysis, feedback & recommendations, to relevant managers.
- Liaising with relevant managers to coordinate investigation for non-compliance or poorly trending KPI’s /performance and develop corrective actions & improvement initiatives in relation to system configuration or enhancement.

**Technical Competencies**
- Qualification in Data and Analytics desirable
- Experience working across different system environments overseeing and supporting testing and implementation of system and process changes
- Proficiency in SQL or similar database transactional language, and other core implementation languages (Python, VBA, R, C++) desired
- Usage of IT Ticket Management and Issue resolution software, such as JIRA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform products (Automate (Flow), Power BI, PowerApps), or experience with other similar products (RPA, Tableau, no-code/low-code development)

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills and experience with escalation and conflict resolution.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to analyse, synthesise and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutions
- Some contract commercial understanding and experience
