A unique opportunity to join the Serco team in a Talent Coordinator position. The role requires strong communication and administration skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on a variety of contracts. Serco is seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join the diverse and inclusive Serco Talent team.

**The Opportunity**:
In our national Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work within a large team of passionate and supportive recruiters who work across a vast range of sectors supporting both new and highly established service contracts. More specifically for this role, you'll be supporting teams of recruiters on day-to-day activities using an agile approach to activity-based working. We use transparent, collaborative planning to align all activities and targets to the overall strategy and to report on output and progress with our operations and workforce planning teams.
