**About our Opportunity**
Our team is focused on success and enjoy what they do We’re looking for an Account Coordinator with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service who is focused, organised, and proactive, to join our team, based in Adelaide, South Australia. This role provides key support for the Global Brands business and requires working in close collaboration with the Business Managers, as well as Group Supply Chain & Logistics, to deliver on customer service priorities and business objectives.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Ensuring ordering and forecasting requirements are completed accurately, and container tracking and customer stock reporting is done on a timely basis
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, to ensure accurate on time delivery of goods
- Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests, managing the credit claims process efficiently, and developing solutions that demonstrate the Detpak promise of delivering quality, value, and service
- Providing superior customer service to new and existing accounts, developing significant relationships with key customers
- Coordinating inventory management
You will have previous experience in a similar role with a focus on delivering excellence in service within a fast-paced environment. Your customer-focused approach and ability to process orders with a high level of accuracy in a timely manner will ensure your success.
