**The company**

Due to consistent growth, this well-known and trusted national designer and manufacturer of microelectronic circuits and subassemblies is seeking a Project Sales Coordinator.

Our client delivers products to highly regulated markets, including Defence, Medical, Rail, Power distribution and the Housing market. Their specialised facility in South Australia, is the only manufacturer of thick film hybrids on ceramic substrate in the Southern Hemisphere.

You will be representing a genuine market leader whose products are supported by their service capabilities, covering procurement, supply chain, project management, and full in-house testing facilities. They believe the service they provide to their customers promotes a long and lasting relationship, beneficial to both parties.

**The position**

Being the first point of contact for customers, the aim of this role is to provide excellent technical customer support to customers across the country.

To achieve this, you will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, good time management skills, the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative.

This role would be a great opportunity for an Electrical/Electronics University Graduate looking to kick start their career, with a company who offers training, support and long term career development.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day to day customer sales administrative work - order entry and delivery confirmation with customer.
- Liaising with customer to understand customer needs and changing demands such as movement in delivery schedules.
- Liaising with the team and despatch departments on site to provide order confirmations to customer to ensure on time delivery.
- Technical review of customer specification or scope of work to determine the items that is required to be quoted.
- Assisting the team in preparing comprehensive quotes to customers on time, ensuring quotes have consistent format and pricing.
- Liaising with the team and ensuring key critical project tasks are achieved and reported promptly to customer.
- Ability to communicate effectively to customers on technical issues due to either product specification or manufacturing issues on the project.
- Maintenance of Product data/information within Product Information Management (PMI)

**Your key skills and competencies will include**:

- Electronic Engineering Degree preferable or Diploma / Technical Certification in Electronics.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical/manufacturing assembly concepts.
- High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound organisational and time management skills manage conflicting priorities.
- Team Player, while having the ability to work with mínimal supervision when required.
- Experience using Salesforce & SAP is advantageous but not essential.
